Set off in glorious sunshine from Patterdale- the Grisedale valley is stunning on a day like this!
Top tip - leave early to beat the rush onto Striding Edge on a hot day in August, otherwise you’ll see this!
However busy it is this view always makes the effort worthwhile!
Red Tarn always looks inviting on a hot summer’s day!
