Helvellyn Cottage is a two bedroomed end of terrace old miners cottage. It has  recently been fully refurbished to provide traditional accommodation but with the mod cons that one would expect in the 21st century, including oil-fired central heating!



The open plan lounge/dining room overlooks the fells, and offers a large wood-burning stove, colour TV (with satellite freeview), video/DVD player, CD player and a selection of books, maps and games to while away the evenings.

The kitchen and pantry are equipped with a modern cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.


The front bedroom also overlooks the fells, and has a double bed. The smaller back bedroom has twin beds.


The bathroom contains a bath with overhead power shower.


There is also a small open garden area to the side of the property with stunning views all round.
